Whites
Octave Vinho Verde

Light, crisp, and slightly spritzy with notes of lime, green apple, and fresh herbs. Super refreshing and perfect for warm days or easy sipping.
Miner Viognier
Lush and aromatic with peach, apricot, and a hint of honeysuckle. Rich but balanced, with a soft texture that works great with seafood or creamy dishes.
Folklore Pét-Nat
Fun, cloudy, and naturally sparkling with bright citrus and orchard fruit. Lightly fizzy and a little wild—in the best way—perfect for adventurous drinkers.
Florensac Picpoul de Pinet
Zippy and saline with lemon, melon, and a clean mineral finish. A classic coastal white that’s made for oysters, shellfish, or anything fresh and briny.

Reds
Perano Chianti Classico | Italy
Bright and classic Tuscan Sangiovese with notes of cherry, violet, and a touch of spice. Fresh acidity and soft tannins make it a perfect match for pasta and tomato-based dishes.
Laetitia Pinot Noir Reserve | Arroyo Grande Valley
Elegant and silky, with layers of red berries, baking spice, and a hint of earth. A balanced, crowd-pleasing Pinot that pairs beautifully with roasted meats or salmon.
Old Star Carignan | VIn de Pays | France
Bold yet approachable, showing dark fruit, black pepper, and a rustic edge. Juicy and slightly wild, this is a great pick for grilled dishes and hearty fare.
Quinta do Noval – Cedro | Portugal
A polished Douro red with rich blackberry, plum, and subtle oak. Smooth and structured, offering depth without heaviness—great for sipping or pairing with richer plates.
Las Mascaronne Rouge | France
A vibrant southern French blend with ripe red fruit, herbs, and a touch of spice. Medium-bodied and lively, perfect for easy drinking with a wide range of dishes.
